This is a well known issue related to the attempted breast physics. Though why only on Primary character and not the NPC's.
I have both and wonder if it might be something tied into each of them that may cause this issue. Where it had the bodyslide plug in as a requirement to work. Also probably the least amount of mod outfit support. Not the best vanilla outfit support, though they've all been converted I think, and the mod is basically abandoned.
